I thought I saw Dick Cheney getting out of a motorcade in Midtown this evening. I could be mistaken; it could have been The Penguin.

I saw tricky Dick myself on Florida Avenue in DC at about 5:00PM tonight -- with gun-toting SWAT team members in tow. You want to talk about a chill running down your spine? Try looking in the face of a man wearing a bulletproof flak jacket and pointing a machine gun at you -- all to protect a man like Mr. Richard Cheney.
