Felted purple stripe hat; basic hat pattern, I used the Ann Budd book for the pattern. Knit it bulky weight wool I had laying around, unlabeled of course. Two things: I am a lazy ass and I never check my gauge and I have a small head. So every hat I ever knit was much too big for me, that's when I started felting them. I like the look, they're warmer and finally they fit me. Of course, I don't know how many hats a girl can have. Hopefully I'll start selling some of my knits, including some of these projects, on etsy.com soon.

i love etsy! good luck on the selling. Emil just knitted me a bikini top. You knitters sure are a special breed.
