Merry Merry Merry

Last night I left work early to go over to our parent company's office. They had chartered busses to take workers to Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island. So I showed up outside the office at 5:10 looking for a charterd coach. Nope. But I did see three yellow school busses. Okay! So I boarded the bus bound for Brooklyn. I didn't have time to get back to the Midtown office and pack, so I'd have to come into Midtown again before I left for Rhode Island to consolidate suitcases.

I got on the bus and at 5:15 we pulled out of the spot. Sweet! Everything was going according to plan... and then I noticed we had gone one block in ten minutes. Ehhh.... It took 2:45 hours for the bus to get to the Atlantic Center in Brooklyn. It took two hours to get from Midtown to the Manhattan Bridge.

Anyway, I'm now safely at LittleBrother's house. We just broke a wishbone from the chicken he cooked last night. He won. "Did you make a wish?" I asked.

"Oh yeah. I always keep one or two wishes on tap you know, for any kind wishbone/ geenie situation."

So, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but why not take a lesson from my brother and keep a few wishes on tap. I hope they all come true for you this holiday season. Merry Christmas and Happy Hannukah! I'll be back before the New Year.

you would send me something, even though I declined a serving of frat dykes? I'm not worthy. I'll send you my address as soon as I figure out how.
