Deep Thoughts At Lunch. Again.

I was having lunch in a diner around the corner from my office, not too terribly far from the UN. Three women walked in, foreign tourists, holding bright blue shopping bags from the United Nations Gift Shop, sorry, United Nations Gift Centre. What the hell do you think they sell at the United Nations Gift Shop?

Blue rubber wristbands that say "Peace Through Superior Firepower"?

Adopt-a-Peacekeeper kits?

United Nations shot glasses?

Copies of "The Making Of: The Interpreter"?

I see y'all went topical. But you missed the classic Nikita Kruschev shoe joke.
