I have a Fan; It's about Damn Time

On Friday afternoon, I received an email from someone who had stumbled upon the Cupcake Mafia and loved the blog. She wrote to say she was going back to read all the archives and had a few questions. It being a Friday afternoon, and me being a sucker for praise, I immediately shot back an email.

Jamie's return email opened with the words, "WOW. I feel like I just received an email from a celebrity." Why yes, I am a celebrity. In my own mind. Thanks for noticing. So let's give Jamie a big Cupcake Mafia welcome! Remember, flatter the girl and I'll question your sincerity, but flattering the blog will get you far...

Okay, I'm quite busy at work today. But: new blogs in the side bar. Check 'em out.

Hi! I'm a big fan as well! I discovered you one day when I was bored at work. I must say, I do keep up with the don't mess with cupcake blog. I'm from Dallas, TX. Thanks for the humor! I love it!

Nancy, My friend at work loves cupcakes too! I snuck a peek at her print out from Daily Candy DC. The daily special is a cupcake delivery service... yes, believe it! Here's your city's daily candy.

Thanks, Anonymous.

A few questions: is there a cupcake delivery service in New York? If yes, can I give them a key to my apartment so they can let themselves in, therefore eliminating the need for me to get out of bed? If so, will they send over a dude name Enrique to peel the cupcakes out of the wrappers, feed them to me, and then gently sponge the icing off my face? Because that is a service I would pay top dollar for.

Cupcake...its me Jamie your FAN!! Again thanks so much for the mention! My husband pointed out that I should tell you that I am Muffin...that is what he calls me. He said, "Hmmm, Cupcake meets Muffin!" Something I was wondering...do you have to order lunch for people in your office? And if so I definitely think it should be blogged about!
