Quick question, friends. At what point would we say someone has developed an addiction to Scratch Tickets? I'm playing about three a week. That is well within the normal zone, right? Right? Personally, I'm partial to Fat Cat, or as it is known at my local newsstand "a number 25". Except I seem to be on a particularly unlucky streak right now...
