The tabloids were full of great stories about Brooklynites and the dogs they love. When I first moved to Brooklyn, I was thrilled by the sign outside the Holland Tunnel "Welcome to Brooklyn. You Want It, We Got It." Perhaps they should ammend the sign to read "Welcome to Brooklyn. You Want a Story about a 44-Year Old Mute Feuding With a Child About Custody of A Yorkshire Terrier, We Got It."
